What to Expect for a Euthanasia Visit
When the doctor arrives at your home, He will first give your pet a sedative injection, This ensures he is feeling pain-free, worry-free, and starting to get sleepy. This usually takes between 1-10 minutes, depending a bit on his body.
Once he is calm and pain-free, the doctor gives the euthanasia solution. This is literally an overdose of an anesthetic agent, so it will cause him to continue to get comfy and sleepy until he goes under general anesthesia, then passes away essentially in his sleep. Unfortunately, I don’t think there is anything we can do to make this process easy on you as his family, but we can certainly make it easy and stress-free for your beloved pet. If you chose cremation option, we will take the body with us after the procedure
What are the cremation options?
PRIVATE CREMATION
Private cremation provides you with the opportunity to keep your pet’s cremated remains as a permanent and personal keepsake. When you choose private cremation, your treasured pet will be the only pet in the cremation chamber during the cremation process. When the cremation process is complete, we ensure that you receive only the cremated remains of your pet.
INDIVIDUAL CREMATION
Individual cremation provides you with the opportunity to keep your pet’s cremated remains as a permanent and personal keepsake. When you choose individual cremation, your treasured pet is placed into the crematory and separated from the other pets with partitions. When the cremation process is complete, we ensure that you receive only the cremated remains of your pet in your choice of one of our complimentary urns.
COMMUNAL CREMATION
With communal cremation, your pet is gently placed into the crematory together with other pets. Because no cremated remains are returned to you when you choose a communal cremation, you may wish to consider one of our personalized memorial paw prints as a timeless remembrance.
What is the cancellation policy?
You have up to 3 hours to cancel for full refund minus the appointment processing fee, about 5%, if you cancel within the 3 hours window, it will be $250 fee, plus any other fees, such as after hour fee, the trip charge if we drive beyond 30 miles
